NVC-LMS

· Application

- A lifting clamp only for turning over (at 180°) steel plates and various steel blocks with large bevel angle.

- An efficient clamp for special operation. The NVC-LMS makes it easy to lift long V- or X-shaped beveled work piece.

· Features

- A special lightweight bevel clamp with a safety factor of 3. The bottom length (“D1” and “D2” in the drawing) of the

  clamp is long and it consists of two swivel jaws.

- Due to the safety lever, the NVC-LMS is convenient to work with and easy to separate the clamp after lifting thick steel

  plates.

- After releasing the lever, the link stops functioning even if the shackle is lifted. Therefore, it is easy to do the biting and

  releasing work.

· How to use

- Insert the beveled area of the work piece into the inside end of the clamp's jaw opening and then lock the safety lever.

- Clamp the center of gravity of the work piece in order to equally distribute the weight of the work piece.

· Warnings

- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the clamp because the NVC-LMS is lightweight with a safety factor of 3.

- Lift a work piece only which falls within the jaw opening range specified in the instruction manual.

- Do not lift a work piece whose beveled area sticks out of the cam and the jaw (“D1”).

- Never lift two or more work pieces with one clamp.

- Lift a work piece only after checking the biting location and the biting condition of the work piece, and the proper

  functioning of the safety lever.

- When lifting work pieces, a signal man must be outside the rotation radius of a work piece to send a signal to a crane

  operator.
