NVC-TH

NVC-TH

· Application

- A clamp for turning over (at 180°) shipbuilding blocks by the side of the clamp.

· Features

- To turn over a block, the NVC-TH is designed to clamp the vertical area of the block, the side girder, the ship bottom,

and the inner bottom longitudinal frame, when it is impossible to clamp the horizontal area, the inner bottom plating

  and the outside plating.

- An efficient clamp that prevents safety accidents and has higher durability since the connection link and the shackle

prevent the deformation of the body and the shackle.

· How to use

- Insert a steel plate into the inside end of the clamp's jaw opening and then lock the safety latch.

- Clamp the center of gravity of a work piece in order to equally distribute the weight of the work piece.

· Warnings

- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the clamp.

- Lift a work piece only which falls within the jaw opening range specified in the instruction manual.

- Always use a balance beam with NVC-TH.

- Lifting must be done with one set of two or more clamps of the same model.

- When lifting work pieces, a signal man must be outside the rotation radius of a work piece to send a signal to a crane

  operator.
