· Application
- A screw locking clamp for supporting the bottom of the jack when pushing a work piece with HYD’JACK) is needed for
building vessels and manufacturing (attaching) construction plants.
· Features
- While pushing various structures with HYD’JACK requires a piece to support the jack, the NPC-J is designed to work just
by operating the screw, minimizing the working process.
(the existing working process: piece manufacturing + welding + piece removal + grinding).
- The jack supporting jig is attached to the upper part of the NPC-J to safely use the jack. The length of the NPC-J can be
customized depending on purposes.
- The NPC-J is a safe clamp designed to prevent a work piece from slipping as the jaw opening of the clamp gets smaller
by the slope which is proportional to the load on the spherical swivel jaw built in the jig bearing which works as gearing
on the opposite side of the screw.
· How to use
- Insert the rear part of a work piece to be pushed into the inside end of the clamp's jaw opening and then completely
tighten the screw.
· Warnings
- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the clamp.
- Use a work piece only which falls within the jaw opening range specified in the instruction manual.
- Make the head of the jack and the supporting jig in a straight line.
