NCP-L / NCP-H

· Application

- Pipe hooks for loading, unloading or transporting a variety of large pipes used in building ships and constructing

  chemical plants, and the NCP-H for large pipes.

· Features

- The NCP-L and the NCP-H are no teeth mark hooks while the NCP-L is to clamp the outside diameter of pipes and the

   NCP-H to clamp the inside diameter of pipes.  

- The NPC-L is a safe hook designed to prevent a work piece from slipping because the clamping force of the body and

   the link increases in proportion to the load by lifting.

- The NCP-H is lightweight with a safety factor of 3 and made by heating and bending special alloy steel.

- The NCP-H has no built-in safety lock, but it is designed to prevent a work piece from slipping as an external force

  pulls inwards in proportion to the lifting angle of a sling rope and to the weight of a work piece.

· Warnings

- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the hook.

- Use a work piece only which falls within the working range specified in the instruction manual.

- Do not exceed the working angle of a sling rope.

- Before lifting, always make the work piece horizontal.

- When transporting work pieces, do not abruptly start or stop a crane.
