NS-BL / NS-BM

- Special hooks to lift a 800℃ hot block after heat treatment of a large block at special vessel and plant manufacturing

  shops. 

· Features

- The NS-BL and the NS-BM are hooks to safely lift hot work pieces as these hooks are made of special alloy steel.

- For the NS-BL and the NS-BM, use a horizontal sling rope which pulls sling ropes inwards to safely lift a long and wide

  block.

- The NS-BL and the NS-BM have no built-in safety lock, but these lifting hooks are designed to prevent the

  work piece from slipping as an external force pulls inwards in proportion to the lifting angle of a sling rope and to the

  weight of a work piece.

 · How to use

- Insert a work piece into the inside end of the hook's jaw opening and then lift slowly.

· Warnings

- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the hook.

- Always use a work piece which falls within the jaw opening range specified in the instruction manual.

- For lifting, the clamping points must be three or more, and use a balance beam.

- Do not exceed the working angle of a sling rope.

- Before lifting, always make the work piece horizontal.

- When transporting work pieces, do not abruptly start or stop a crane.
