NS-C / NS-CB

· Application

- A horizontal lifting hook for loading and unloading steel plates in steel yards and piers.

· Features

- The NS-C is designed to be used with thin steel plates and the NS-CB with thick steel plates.

- The NS-C and the NS-CB have reinforcement at the bottom of the jaw opening for better safety and lighter weight.

- The NS-CB is an efficient hook designed to lift multiple steel plates as long as the specification and the working range

  specified on the hook are satisfied.

- The NS-C and the NS-CB have no built-in safety lock, but these lifting hooks are designed to prevent the work piece

  from slipping as an external force pulls inwards in proportion to the lifting angle of a sling rope and to the weight of a

  work piece.

· How to use

- Insert a work piece into the inside end of the hook's jaw opening and then lift slowly.

· Warnings

- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the hook.

- Always use a work piece only which falls within the working range specified in the manual.

- For lifting, the clamping points must be three or more, and use a balance beam.

- Do not exceed the working angle of a sling rope.

- Before lifting, always make the work piece horizontal.

- When transporting work pieces, do not abruptly start or stop a crane.
