NS-CE / NS-H

· Application

- A horizontal lifting hook for loading and unloading steel plates in steel yards and docks.

· Features

- The NS-CE is a hook designed to be suitable for steel plates which are used to  manufacture ship blocks. 

- The NS-H is a hook designed to use with thin steel plates which are used for ship outfitting and electrical panels.

- The NS-CE and the NS-H have no built-in safety lock, but they are designed to prevent the work piece from slipping as

  an external force pulls inwards in proportion to the lifting angle of a sling rope and to the weight of a work piece.

· How to use

- Insert a work piece into the inside end of the hook's jaw opening and then lift slowly.

· Warnings

- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the hook.

- Always use a work piece only which falls within the working range specified in the manual.

- For lifting, the clamping points must be three or more, and use a balance beam.

- Do not exceed the working angle of a sling rope.

- Before lifting, always make the work piece horizontal.

- When transporting work pieces, do not abruptly start or stop a crane.
