NAC-S

NAC-S

· Application

- An angle clamp for transporting or assembling a variety of angles used as traverse frame for shipbuilding or as stiffener

  for plants.

- A convenient clamp designed to erect the angle at a right angle (90°) when attaching an angle to the inner bottom

  plate.

· Features

- The NAC-S is designed to use with the angle of one size.

- The deformation of the angle flange, which happens after lifting, can be prevented by using the NAC-S.

- The bolt in the upper part of the clamp and the swivel jaw in the link are designed to be triangular teeth in order to

prevent slipping during transporting an angle, making the NAC-S a safe clamp to work with.

· How to use

- After inserting a work piece into the inside end of the clamp's jaw opening, completely tighten the bolt in the upper

  part of the body.

- Clamp the center of gravity of a work piece in order to equally distribute the weight of the work piece.

· Warnings

- Do not exceed the rated capacity specified on the clamp.

- Lift a work piece only which falls within the jaw opening range specified in the instruction manual.

- When clamping the angle, clamp the center of gravity, not the center of area.

- After clamping, operate the crane, lift the work piece approximately 30cm from the ground, ensure that either the

angle is at 90° to the ground or the block is level with the ground, and then transport the work piece.
